Where do you ship the sizer to?
Anywhere in our supported region — United Arab Emirates. Shipping is free in every supported country. For destinations outside this list, please get in touch and we'll do what we can.
How long does it take to arrive?
We hand the kit to the courier within two business days. From there, expect two to four business days for delivery inside the UAE, and four to seven across the rest of the supported region. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it ships.
Is it really free?
Yes — the sizer and the postage are on us. There's no minimum order, no purchase required, and no follow-up sales pressure. Order one for yourself and one for a partner if you'd like.
What's in the kit?
A precision plastic ring-sizer belt that you adjust to your finger, marked with US and UK sizes. It's the same sizer professional jewellers use; the readings match our on-screen sizer, our print sizer, and our size chart so every method agrees.
Can I order one for a partner without telling them?
Of course. Add their address as the shipping destination and a short note ("please leave with concierge" works well in Dubai). Most engagement-ring customers do exactly this; we never include marketing material in the envelope.
