Common questions
A few things customers ask before they reach for their phone.
How accurate is the on-screen sizer?
Within a half-size when you calibrate carefully. The credit card's dimensions are fixed by the ISO/IEC 7810 international standard (85.60 × 53.98 mm worldwide), so once the on-screen card matches your real card edge-to-edge, every measurement that follows is true-to-scale. If you're between sizes, follow the brand-wide rule and go up.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — phone, tablet, or laptop. The component re-checks the screen width on rotate so you can switch between portrait and landscape mid-flow. A larger screen gives you more circle to drag against, but the math is identical.
I don't have a credit card. Can I still calibrate?
Any standard ID-1 card works — credit, debit, business card, Emirates ID, library card. The standard size is the same worldwide. If you don't have one to hand, order our free home sizer instead — we post a physical one anywhere in the GCC and the Levant at no charge.
Can I use it for someone else's ring?
Yes — bring any ring that fits the finger you want to size, lay it on the screen, and drag until the on-screen circle matches the ring's inside edge. Most customers measure a partner's existing piece this way for engagements and anniversaries.
Will it remember my calibration?
Yes — we store the result in your browser so you can come back tomorrow without redoing the card step. Re-calibrate any time from the link under the result panel.
Three ways to find your size
Pick whichever feels easiest — they all reach the same chart.
Measure on screen
Calibrate with a credit card, then match an existing ring against an on-screen circle.
