Every piece from The Zelia carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear maintenance is covered for 2 years.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects — loose stones from worn prongs, broken claws, settings that come apart under normal wear. Lifetime, no questions.
- Plating wear — white-gold pieces are rhodium-plated; the plating wears over time and we'll re-plate free during the first 2 years.
- Sizing adjustment — one free resize within the first 12 months for any ring purchased from us.
- Polishing and cleaning — free for life. Drop off in Dubai or send by courier (you cover return shipping).
What's not covered
- Damage from impact, chemical exposure, or contact with abrasive surfaces
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by another jeweller working on the piece
- Custom alterations done outside our atelier
How to claim
Email the order number and a photo of the issue to our support address (see the footer). We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps — typically: ship to us (insured, on us), we assess + repair, we ship back.
Stones
Lab-grown diamonds carry their original certification. If a stone is lost from a setting under normal wear and the setting shows manufacturing defect, we replace the stone with a documented-equivalent stone of the same cut/color/clarity grade.
