Ready-to-ship pieces
You can return any ready-to-ship piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it's:
- Unworn, in original condition
- In the original packaging with all documentation (certificate, warranty card)
- Returned via insured courier (we'll arrange pickup at our cost)
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces (most rings, all engagement settings) are final sale. They've been built specifically for you in our atelier; we can't resell them.
That said, if something's wrong — wrong size, finishing flaw, anything that doesn't match your order — we'll fix it free of charge. Reach out and we'll arrange the resize or rework.
Custom design pieces
Custom designs are final sale once production starts. The deposit secures your design slot and covers materials; refunds before production begins are at our discretion.
What's not returnable
- Engraved items
- Resized rings (after the resize is complete)
- Pierced earrings (hygiene rules apply)
How to return
Reply to your order confirmation email or message us via WhatsApp. We'll send the return label and arrange courier pickup within 24 hours.
