Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 1 working day; made-to-order pieces ship 14–21 days after order confirmation. Delivery is via insured courier (Aramex Express or equivalent) — typically next-day across the Emirates.
Free shipping on orders over AED 10,000. Flat fee of AED 100 below that.
To Saudi Arabia
We ship to all GCC addresses via insured cross-border courier — typical transit is 3–5 working days from the moment the parcel leaves Dubai. Customs duties (if any) are billed to the recipient on delivery.
International
Outside the GCC, please reach out — we ship by appointment for selected destinations.
Insurance and tracking
Every shipment is fully insured against loss and damage door-to-door. A signed delivery is required — we never leave jewellery at the door. You'll receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves our atelier; you can also track from your account.
Delivery window
We don't promise a delivery slot. Our courier will contact you on the day to coordinate. If you need a specific date/time, reply to your confirmation email and we'll arrange it.
