All jewellery designs, product photography, illustrations, text, the "The Zelia" name and logo, and every other creative element on this website are the intellectual property of The Zelia — a brand operated under a Dubai Economy & Tourism (DED) e-trader licence — and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, and by international treaties.
What this means
You may browse our website and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, or manufacture any of our jewellery designs, in whole or in part;
- create derivative, "inspired-by", or look-alike pieces based on our designs;

Enforcement
We actively monitor the market and online platforms for infringement. Copying our work is theft of original creative effort, and we treat it seriously. Where we find unauthorised use, we will pursue every remedy available to us, which may include formal takedown and de-listing requests, civil claims for injunctions and damages, and criminal complaints to the competent UAE authorities where the law allows.
Anyone who copies, reproduces, or sells our designs without our written approval does so unlawfully and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
